I got really excited when I was asked to review the kindle version of the Vegetarian Weight Loss by Jonathan Vine as I have been meaning to loose a few pounds. I have been a vegetarian all my life and thought that what I ate was healthy but reading this book has made me realise that my diet was not as healthy as I thought it was.
