Slimmers Friendly Mixed Vegetable and Onion Bhajias/Pakoras
The bhajias/pakoras are made exactly like the usual mixed vegetable bhajias but instead of frying them they are cooked in the oven.

Ingredients

potato
grated

onion

small bunch
coriander
washed and chopped

chilies
chopped finely

salt

turmeric

tsp
ajwein

tsp
whole coriander

chickpea flour

tsp
soda bi carbonate
Instructions
Prepare the vegetables by grating the potatoes and onions. Transfer them into a bowl
Add the chickpea flour and all the spices including the soda bicarbonate. Add enough warm water and to make a thick batter.
Transfer a spoonful of the batter into silicon cupcake cases or anything similar. If you use normal muffin tray, you may wish to grease it first.
Transfer the cupcakes to the Oven and cook these at 170 degrees for 20 minutes - checking half way.
Serve this hot and enjoy them guilt free
