Samosini II – Panini with Samosas

Do you remember my last samosini recipe?  It’s still one of my favourite quick snacks.  This time I had left over samosas so decide to add them to my panini and called it samosini II.   You can make this samosini using virtually any ingredients in your fridge.  When one is hungry – anything goes.

You are going to love all the flavours in this somasini.

Ingredients

  • 2-4 left over samosas – recipe here  (you can use ready made samosas too)
  • 2 paninis
  • grated cheese
  • green chutney recipe here
  • tomato chutney recipe here
  • some coriander
  • some sliced green chilies

Method

  1. Cut the panini and spread the two chutneys on each side.  Cut the samosa and layer them on the panini.

2. Add the other ingredients – cheese,fresh coriander and chopped chillies

3. Cook the paninis in a panini press and serve with your favourite sauces and salad.
