Kale and Orange Juice with Ginger

At the start of Covid, I started making Fresh juices from whatever fruit we had.  Our favourite is fresh orange juice on its own.  Sometimes, I  hide in some kale and a small piece of ginger  to the juice and don’t let the family know.  It’s a great way of making them eat kale.

Ingredients:

  • 7-10 oranges (depending on size and season)
  • 1 cup of kale roughly cut
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger

Method:

  1. Transfer all these into your juicer and enjoy the juice.  For this recipe I used my Jack Lelanne juicer which is years old but so easy to use as it separates the juice from the pulp.

Enjoy this juice once a week and add different fruit combinations to find one that you enjoy.

Have you ever tasted fresh strawberry juice or carrot juice?
