How do you like to have your noodles?

I like the colors of this dish and that it looks/sounds just spicy enough to tantalize my tastebuds without burning my tongue! I’m emailing it to my husband (he’s the chef) as a dinner suggestion!

  • This sounds delicious. I like paneer and the mix of spice in this sounds flavourful. My husband is a big rice eater so I think in our house we would eat this over rice, not noodles.

This dish looks tasty. I have visited your website on a number of of ocassions and am never disappointed with your cuisines.

  • That looks really good although I have to admit I’ve never heard of paneer. I like the spice mixture though.

  • Mina, this looks wonderful. I’ve pinned it under healthy recipes so it will be easy to find because I am definitely going to try this. Thanks for sharing.

I have just discovered a love of paneer, and I am loving putting it in curry.

I love adding paneer to stir fry. Looks so delicious. Adding turmeric to stir fry is good as adding turmeric is in vogue at the moment.

Hello Mina, good to have you back. Hope hubby is feeling much better. I miss you recipes! Oh yes, I am going to try this recipe. Thanks for sharing

  • This sounds fab – I LOVE red Thai curry and I LOVE paneer but I don’t think I’ve ever had the two together! I’d love this.

  • I love paneer and Thai spices, so I would be diving straight into this dish given half a chance. What a great idea to combine two cuisines.
